Not a simple or obvious sweetness, but something deep, expansive, and incredibly refined. Then came the florality, lifted and expressive, followed by a level of complexity that kept unfolding in the cup without ever becoming confusing or excessive.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1394\"\u003eThat is what made this coffee feel special to me. It wasn’t just beautiful. It had clarity, depth, and the kind of balance that makes you want to go back again, just to understand it better.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1703\"\u003eAlpes 1010 comes from the Los Alpes section of Finca Janson, in Volcán, Chiriquí, where this Gesha grows between 1,600 and 1,800 meters above sea level. Processed naturally and dried slowly on raised beds for around 20 to 25 days, it carries the richness of the process with remarkable elegance and control.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1952\"\u003eI roasted it with a very light hand because I didn’t want to impose anything on it.
