We currently ship from Italy.

Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier service, and seasonal volume.

Tracking information will be provided where available once the order has been shipped.

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or cannot be resold.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please include your order number and any relevant photos when getting in touch. We will review each case carefully and do our best to find an appropriate solution.
