Among the Honduran coffees I tasted, this was the one I chose for its vibrant acidity and distinctive herbal character.
It reflects a profile I find especially interesting: clean, bright, and expressive, with a green, slightly herbaceous nuance that gives the cup tension and personality.
Wil comes from a family of coffee producers in Yoro, Honduras, where he gained his first knowledge of coffee. In the 1990s, he moved to Santa Bárbara and later discovered the farm that would become Finca El Paraíso.
When he saw the property in San José de Los Andes, he immediately felt connected to the land and decided to take the opportunity.
In the cup, expect a bright and lively acidity, a clean herbal note, gentle sweetness, and a fresh, elegant finish.
